Our founder, Brian Yarrington, has been a senior bank executive with
several organizations for the past 13 years.  In that time, he has been
the regional president for a billion dollar bank as well as CEO of a
$100 million bank.  As a senior executive of community banks for
years, Mr. Yarrington has been involved in the day-to-day operation
and administration of all facets of community banking.  He has been
featured in bank trade publications such as Northwestern Financial
Review.  He has served on the Board of Directors for several banks
as well as one state bankers association.  Mr. Yarrington specializes
in solving loan challenges, improving banks' overall profitability,
serving as a bank board liaison, and educating senior-level bank
executives through the
Bank CFO Network and the Bank Senior
Lender Network.
